02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the cb666r platform — whether on cricket, rugby, sports, or any other market — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market as displayed at the time the bet is placed. Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognised governing body of the sport or game in question. 10 Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or wagered funds due to technical failure, interruption of service, or force majeure events.
• Data loss or corruption arising from system errors or unauthorised third-party access.
• Damages resulting from your reliance on any information published on the cb666r platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with your account security obligations.
• Any claim arising from events outside our reasonable control including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government intervention.

cb666r makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time, during which services may be temporarily unavailable. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where feasible.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

11 Amendments & Termination

Amendments by cb666r

cb666r reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will publish a notice on the platform and update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of cb666r after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request to close your cb666r account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

Account Suspension or Termination by cb666r

Where a dispute arises between you and cb666r that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to seek resolution through the most appropriate available mechanism.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
